Begin understanding Swahili
Our course Beginner Swahili A1 is designed to help you to learn Swahili from ground up. We will start slowly with small sentences, but at the end of the course you will be able to have small and simple conversations, like buying fruits on the market, or booking a hotel room.
Both language and culture are intertwined in this Beginner Swahili course. So you will not only learn the words and the grammar, but also when it is appropriate to use them.
Topics which we will cover are:
- Greetings and introducing yourself
- Nouns and plurals
- Counting
- Sentence structure
- Present and past tenses
- Buying fruits on the market
- Booking a hotel room
Our course Basic Swahili consist of 10 weekly lessons of 1,5 hours, divided over 13 weeks.
The costs of this course as a group course is €250,-
